Who is Birnote for?
Birnote is a work notebook for small business owners who take orders, sell ready-made products or rent items to customers.
Can I manage orders and rentals together?
Yes. Choose orders, rentals or both as your business activity. Each job is recorded as either an order or a rental.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Birnote runs in phone and desktop browsers. You can add it to your home screen as a PWA; full offline editing is not available.
What are the Free plan limits?
Free includes 20 new jobs per month and 5 active rental units, along with customers, the calendar, payment records and Excel/CSV export.
When does the Standard trial start?
Your 14-day Standard trial begins at your first sign-in. You can continue with the Free plan afterwards.
Does it charge my customers’ cards?
The payments module records money you have actually received or refunded. It does not automatically charge your customers’ cards.
Can I export my information?
Yes. Excel and CSV exports are available on every plan.
What language does the application use?
The application interface is currently in Azerbaijani. This marketing website is available in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
Are WhatsApp messages sent automatically?
No. The business owner opens and sends the message and tracking link. Automated WhatsApp Business messaging is not included.
